The ASTRA Gourmet Auto (G.A.) is manufactured with the same modular commercial components as the ASTRA Mega Series including a full size rotary vane Procon pump and the same thermocircular brewing mechanism. The Gourmet Auto boats a 4.2 Liter boiler with 2,000 watt heating element elegantly enclosed in a 100% stainless steel frame. The capacity of the boiler and the heating element makes it virtually impossible for the operator to exceed the steaming capacity of this machine. The Gourmet Auto is an automatic machine equipped with one steam wand and one hot water valve. Any unit in the Gourmet Series can be provided with optional gold plating. Just plug in and serve!
