Independent research on the quality of the coffee produced by the Office Elite unanimously confirms that the Office Elite produces a 20 ounce of coffee that meets and exceeds the standards of the Specialty Coffee Association of America. To ensure freshness, the Office Elite coffee machine does not pre-grind the coffee. The Office Elite is equipped with 2 grinders that hold the fresh coffee beans until the desired drink is selected. Once the user selects the desired drink, the Office Elite then gathers the necessary coffee beans from the hoppers, grinds the beans, tamps the grounds and extracts the perfect cup of FRESH coffee. The Office Elite is also equipped with and operated by a computer that allows for programmable product quality, management capabilities, production management, and self cleaning - making it the perfect machine. The Office Elite coffee machine comes with a two (2) year limited manufacturer’s warranty on most components including the computer, grinder and brewing mechanisms (except wear-and-tear).
