ASTRA’s Automatic Steamer was developed specifically for the juice and smoothie bar industries. This Automatic Steamer features a thermocoupled, stainless steel steam wand that automatically controls the temperature of the product, which is digitally displayed on the front panel. The automatic steamer is produced with a 7-liter nickel-plated boiler and a 4,800 watt heating element that enables the steamer to produce continuous steam. The Automatic Steamer also features a toggle switch for manual operation of each steam wand.
